Membership dues for the DC Metro Celiac Organization for 2012 are due by February 1, 2012. Currently, members who join after October have their dues applied for the following year. Please complete the dues form below (MS Word format for downloading, printing and mailing with payment) and please bring both the form and your check to a future meeting, or preferably, mail both the form and check to:
